Dear Alan,
Yesterday
we received a letter about your renewal of your Dental registration in
Victoria. It doesn’t matter whether you are in Victoria or overseas but they
have sent you a form to be filled in. it has to be paid by 31st Dec.
We could guess the answers but it would help if you could tell us how many
hours on an average you work each week.
What is
the main sort of work that you do?
Also
what type of practice i.e. where you work and who pays you.
If you
let us know soon we will fix up the renewal.
I think
Beverley was a little disappointed you didn’t send her some little thing for
her birthday. She has written a poem about you in Africa but she won’t let me
read it I just saw it by chance. I think she would like just some little thing
that is African maybe a book of stones by black Africans if there is such a
thing. She was pleased when Pamela sent her a book by a Canadian woman writer.
It needed be a book but just something from Africa different from what she can
get here. Last week we had another form but you didn’t have to fill it in
because you were overseas It was a general survey of dentists in Australia to
see how much work they did and what sort of work. It seemed to be trying to
find out where there were too many dentists and where there were not enough but
you didn’t have to fill it in.
