If this

I am
writing mainly to wish you a happy birthday @ belated wishes if this letter
here after your birthday.
Your
birthday once again is on Grand Final day. The Grand final is between Hawthorn
and Essendon who finished third and fourth on the ladder. All the regulars
Carlton, Richmond and Collingwood did badly this year which was good to see.
Most people are predicting Essendon to win.
Dennis,
Benjamin and I went to the show on Friday night. We saw the animals and also
the fireworks which was very good.
Benjamin
will be 4 on the 28th of September. Time flies! Next year he will got to kindergarten. This year
he goes to an all-day childcare center which he enjoys.
The
Wombat State Forest near Mum’s place is recovering well after the extensive
bushfires. Even the wild animals e.g. Wombats and Wallabies are coming back
though there is not much for them to eat. The grass and undergrowth is growing
back and most of the gum trees have regenerated.
Dennis
starts a new job tomorrow as an auto-electrician. He is really looking forward
to it as it is much more interesting than factory work.
